IDEA Public Schools, a charter school district in South Texas, hired Gibson Consulting Group to conduct a performance management assessment. This work involved the identification of gaps and solutions to improve information management and accountability across the school system. As follow-on projects, Gibson is helping IDEA maximize the use of its information systems and re-engineering key administrative processes. Gibson is also serving as interim Chief Financial Officer and redesigning their budget process at the district and school levels.

Gibson was also hired by Uplift Education, a Dallas-based charter school system, to perform a similar performance management assessment.
