Deer Park ISD (Texas) has awarded Gibson Consulting Group a project to assist them in evaluating and selecting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for its human resource and business functions. The work will involve mapping of existing processes, definition and prioritization of requirements, evaluation of vendor proposals, selection of a vendor, and project implementation assistance. Through its alliance with TEC, Gibson will use an automated software evaluation tool to score and rank the vendor proposals.
