Grand Prairie Extends Gibson's Work to Develop Performance Measurement System |

After completing a cost savings project during the summer of 2008, Gibson's contract was extended to develop a performance accountability system for non-instructional areas at Grand Prairie ISD. This project includes the development of efficiency measures, definition and collection of underlying data elements, and analysis of performance trends. Gibson is also conducting a risk assessment to be used as a framework for building an internal audit function in the district.
