In March 2008, Katy ISD selected Gibson Consulting Group from among eight firms to guide them in defining requirements and evaluating vendor proposals for a new finance and human resources system - commonly referred to as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Gibson will develop process maps of existing processes, document user and technical requirements, assist in the development of an ERP software Request for Proposal, and evaluate vendor responses. Gibson is also providing separate change management services under this engagement.
